What is Sice?
Sice is a cloud platform that helps small and medium businesses sell more. It draws visits with a website of your own, helps you go out and find clients with prospecting and proposals accepted online, keeps every lead in a CRM that assigns it and reminds you of the follow-up, improves service with each client's history and AI agents, and keeps the team's work in order. Each tool is a module you switch on separately, and all of them share the same clients, products and data. Crack SRL builds it in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
How much does Sice cost?
You can start free: your workspace is not charged, and each module has a free tier with its own allowance plus paid monthly tiers; you pay the sum of the ones you switch on. There is no charge per person and no commission on your sales. AI and the WhatsApp messages you start with a template are paid from a prepaid credit. Every price is on sice.site/pricing.
Do I need Crack SRL to use Sice?
No. You can create your workspace on sice.site and start on your own, for free. You call us when you want someone to set it up, migrate your data or build what Sice does not cover yet; those rates are on our pricing page.
Can we migrate the data we already have?
Yes, and it is part of the rollout rather than an extra you discover later. We import clients, products, stock and balances from spreadsheets, from another system, or from both at once, and we run the old and the new side by side until the numbers agree.
How long does a rollout take?
A first set of modules is usually running in three to six weeks, including configuration and training. It goes faster when the data is already in one place and slower when we first have to reconcile three versions of the same client list; we tell you which one you are after the first look.
Where does it run, and in which languages?
In any browser at app.sice.site, with apps for Android and Linux; your information is the same on every device. The interface is in Spanish and English, and human support is in Spanish.
