FOUR ROUTES IN

Four ways to fix your operation

Every project starts from a real business problem, not from a list of technologies. We pick the route based on what you actually need to solve — and quite often it is not the one you came in asking for.

Custom software development

Stop forcing spreadsheets and off-the-shelf systems to do a job they were never built for: we build software shaped to your business that grows with it.

02

AI automation

Free up hours of your team's week by automating routine tasks, replies and decisions — with a person still on the hook for anything that matters.

Systems integration

We connect the tools you already use so information travels on its own — no more typing the same thing twice, no more three versions of the same number.

Modernise without stopping

We help you work out what to update first, with a clear diagnosis and a migration plan that holds no surprises — and the old system stays alive until the new one earns its place.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DELIVER

The things that end up in your hands

Not "digital transformation". These are the artefacts a project ends with, and one of them is usually enough to start.

Web systems and internal panels

The screens your team lives in all day: orders, stock, agenda, approvals — built around your process, not a template.

Integrations between systems

ERP, CRM, store, invoicing and bank talking to each other, with the failures visible instead of silent.

AI agents and automations

Reading documents, answering, classifying, chasing — with a confidence threshold and a human queue behind it.

Client and supplier portals

A door to your operation for the people outside it, so the requests stop arriving by e-mail at midnight.

Mobile apps

For the part of your team that does not sit at a desk: field, floor, delivery, sales visits.

Reporting that builds itself

Live dashboards and scheduled reports, sent where the team already looks, with the anomalies called out.

HOW WE RUN A PROJECT

No black boxes at any stage

At every point you know what is being done, what comes next and what it costs. You can stop after any of the four.

  1. 01

    Mapping

We get into your real operation: we talk to the people who use the system every day, map the processes and find the bottleneck. Free, and it ends in a document you keep whatever you decide.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A clear plan: scope, suggested architecture, the roles involved and the hours each one takes — so you decide with concrete information before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles with visible deliveries, so you can try it and adjust before the project is finished. Every stage ends in something running, not a status report.

  4. 04

    Support

Once it is live we stay close: support, adjustments and continuous improvement so the system evolves with the business instead of ageing against it.

THE SHORTCUT

Would you rather start with something ready than from scratch?

If your need looks like that of other companies in your industry, there is no reason to build from zero. Sice is our modular management product: switch on the modules you need today and add more as you grow.

It is also the cheaper answer more often than we would like to admit — which is why we check it before quoting a custom build.

FAQ

Before you write to us, this might help

  • Yes — that is the normal case, not the exception. We work with what runs your business today and replace only what is genuinely holding you back. A rewrite that starts by throwing everything out is the most expensive way to solve a problem you have not measured yet.

  • You do, from the first commit. Repositories, databases and documentation are handed over as part of the project, not as a favour at the end. If you ever want to continue with another team, nothing about our contract makes that harder.

  • Every stage ends in something you can click, and there is a demo every week on a retainer. If a stage does not convince you, it is the cheapest possible moment to change direction — which is exactly why we work that way.

  • Then say so and we will scope it small. The minimum block for hourly work is 40 hours a month, and a contained automation is often less than that in total. If it is smaller still, we will tell you honestly that hiring us is not worth your money.

  • Often, yes. We start with a paid, fixed-scope review of what exists — the code, the data, the deployment — and give you a written verdict: continue, refactor or rebuild, with the cost of each. That review is yours to keep even if you then go elsewhere.

NO COMMITMENT

Tell us your project and we'll tell you how we'd solve it

A first conversation to understand your operation and work out whether a custom build, an automation or Sice is the best route for you. It costs nothing and it ends in a written answer.
