Focused on business results
We do not measure a project in features shipped. We measure it in hours your team got back and mistakes that stopped happening.
15 minutes
Tell us which process is eating your week. One person answers the same day with a concrete next step.
A small team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra that builds custom systems and AI automations — and a management platform of our own that we run the company on.
Most companies do not have a software problem. They have five tools that each do their job and none of which talk to each other, plus a person in the middle holding it all together with copy-paste. That person is usually excellent, and their week is usually wasted.
So we start by looking at the operation, not at the stack. Sometimes the answer is a custom build. Often it is an automation that costs a tenth of what you expected. Occasionally it is that you should change a process and call us back in six months — and we will say so, because we would rather lose a quarter than a client.
We do not measure a project in features shipped. We measure it in hours your team got back and mistakes that stopped happening.
You talk to the people building your system, on the channel you already use. There is no account manager relaying messages.
The relationship does not end at handover. Most of our clients have been with us longer than the project that started it.
Every system we run teaches us something we fold back in — into your build, into Sice, and into the next quote we write.
The first call is about your operation, not our services. Half the time the useful answer is smaller than what you came in asking for.
Scope, roles, hours and what we are deliberately leaving out — in a document you keep whether or not you hire us.
Every stage ends in something running. If a stage does not convince you, that is the cheapest possible moment to change direction.
Support, monitoring and new automations as the business changes. The system should get better with age, not worse.
Sice is a modular management system: organisation, CRM, sales, commerce, resources, accounting, projects, marketing and websites, switched on one at a time. Crack SRL runs on it every day — including the site you are reading.
It means that when a client's need already fits, we deploy instead of quoting a build. And when it does not, we extend it with custom work rather than starting from nothing.
Small on purpose. A project gets a squad of two to four people — development, AI, design and QA — and you deal with them directly. We would rather turn work away than take a project we cannot staff properly, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, working with clients across Latin America and the United States. In practice it means the same working hours as most of the continent, work in Spanish or English, and rates well below a US or European agency for comparable seniority.
Companies between roughly 10 and 200 people that have outgrown spreadsheets and have somebody internally who can make decisions. Below that, off-the-shelf tools usually beat us on price. Above it, you probably need an in-house team and we are better as a specific pair of hands.
Pure design work with no software behind it, one-off landing pages, and staff augmentation where we are billed by the seat and told what to type. We build systems and we take responsibility for whether they work.
Fifteen minutes, no slides. You describe the operation, we tell you where we would start — and whether you need us at all.
