What this site measures
Anonymous page views, so we know which pages are worth keeping. No profiling, no advertising networks, no third-party trackers embedded in these pages.
One cookie is set only if you accept it: a random identifier that lets us tell a returning visit from a new one. Decline and the measurement still happens, just without linking your visits together. Either way we never learn who you are from it.
What happens to a message you send
The fields you fill in — your name, email, phone, company and what you wrote — land in our own system and nowhere else. A person reads them. We use them to answer you and to keep track of the conversation if it becomes a project.
We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If you want them deleted, ask and they are gone.
Data inside a project
When we build or automate something for you, we often need access to real data. That is governed by the contract, not by this page, and it says the same thing in more words:
- Your data stays yours. We are processing it on your behalf.
- Access is limited to the people on your project and removed when it ends.
- Where an AI model is involved, we use API tiers with training disabled, or a self-hosted model when the data warrants it. Which one is written into the proposal, not buried in a vendor's terms.
- We sign your NDA, or provide ours, before any detail changes hands.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it. No forms, no ticket queue — an email is enough.
How to reach us
Write to contact@cracksrl.com or message +591 70671368. We are in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and we answer within one business day.
This page is the readable version. Your project contract is what governs if the two ever differ.
