Straight answers
Before you write to us
- How long until something works?
- A contained automation runs in three to six weeks, including the two where it works alongside the manual process so you can compare. A full custom system takes three to five months, staged so each stage ends in something usable.
- What does it cost?
- Every rate is on the pricing page — by the hour per role, as a monthly retainer, or a closed price per project. A contained automation starts around US$6,000. No "contact us for pricing".
- Will it work with what we already run?
- That is the normal case. Spreadsheets, ERPs, CRMs, e-commerce, invoicing. Where a system has no API we work with exports, e-mail or the database directly, and we say up front which route we would take.
- What happens after delivery?
- Thirty days of warranty at no cost, then support and monitoring on a monthly retainer if you want it. Repositories and data are yours from the first commit either way.
- We are not technical. Does that matter?
- Most of our clients are not. We talk in time, processes and results, and when we need a decision from you it arrives as a plain question, not a specification.
- Where are you?
- Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, working across Latin America and the United States. Same working day as most of the continent, and rates well under a US or European agency for the same seniority.
