By the hour
You buy a block of hours and decide week to week what they go into.
Best when the scope is still moving.
From 40 h · billed monthly15 minutes
Tell us which process is eating your week. One person answers the same day with a concrete next step.
Three ways to work with us — by the hour, on a monthly retainer, or a closed price per project. Every rate is published, in dollars, with no setup fee and no minimum contract.
Most clients start with one and move to another as the work settles. You are never locked into the one you chose first.

Answer four questions and you will see the range projects like yours land in. Send it over and you get the real number in writing within 48 business hours — itemised, with what is in and what is out.
01 What are we building?
02 How much of your operation does it touch?
03 Anything else in scope?
Projects like this usually land between

4–7 weeks from kickoff to something running.
Indicative only — it is a range, not a quote. The written number comes after we talk, and it is free either way.
You describe the problem in your own words. We ask about volumes, people and the systems already in play. Free, and it is the only step most people need to know whether this is worth it.
Within 48 business hours you get what we would build, what we would deliberately leave out, the roles involved and the hours each one takes. Still free, still yours to walk away from.
The price arrives broken into stages you approve one at a time. You commit to stage one, not to the whole thing — and each stage ends in something you can use.
Weekly demos. If something we agreed turns out to be wrong once it is real, we say so and re-plan instead of quietly billing the difference.
We look at your operation and tell you where to start — before there is any invoice.
Every stage ends in something running, not a status report.
Repositories and databases are yours from day one. No lock-in, no exit fee.
Your team is trained on what we built, with documentation in plain language.
Anything that does not behave as agreed gets fixed at no charge.
Extra hours are agreed in writing before anyone works them.
A senior developer in-house is not just a salary: it is recruiting, benefits, equipment, holidays and the months before they are productive — and one person cannot be a designer, an architect and a QA engineer at the same time.
On Growth you get that whole set for less than one senior salary in most of the region, and you can stop next month if it is not working.

Yes — every price on this page is in US dollars, excluding taxes. We invoice in USD or in bolivianos at the day's rate, whichever suits your accounting. We work with clients across Latin America and the United States from Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
For hourly work the minimum block is 40 hours a month. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice — there is no annual contract and no cancellation penalty. A fixed-price project has no monthly commitment at all.
Only work on your project counts: development, design, testing, integration and the meetings you ask for. Internal coordination, onboarding a new person to the team and anything we got wrong are not billed. You get an itemised log every month.
The quote lists what is in and what is out. Anything outside it is estimated separately and only starts once you approve it in writing. We would rather stop and ask than hand you an invoice you did not expect.
Up at any time, effective immediately. Down with 30 days' notice so we can hand the work over properly. Unused hours roll over one month on Starter and Growth.
Yes. Sice is our own platform and has its own subscription per module — the detail lives on sice.site. What you see here is the cost of the team that configures it, migrates your data and builds whatever Sice does not cover yet.
Tell us the problem in one sentence. We will tell you which of the three models costs you least — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
